Delete your JeJex account

You can permanently delete your JeJex account from the application:

1. Open JeJex and go to Profile.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Enter your current password and confirm deletion.

After verified deletion, JeJex removes the account, avatar, authorized-device and session records, recovery data, directory entry, push token, presence, and last-seen state. The deleting device also removes its account-scoped local chat database, attachments, and encryption identity.

If you cannot access the application, email [email protected] from the email address associated with the account. Additional verification will be required before deletion.

Encrypted backups stored in a user’s own Google Drive remain under that user’s control and must be deleted from Google Drive separately.
