Terms of Service
These terms govern use of JeJex Messenger, a JeJex Inc product developed by Davit Jejelava.
Account and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials and verification codes, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Users must not use JeJex to violate law, exploit children, threaten or harass others, distribute malware, conduct fraud, interfere with the service, probe another user’s device without authorization, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
User content
Users retain ownership of content they create. Users grant JeJex Inc only the limited rights technically necessary to transmit, queue, protect, back up when requested, and display that content to selected recipients.
Software ownership
JeJex Messenger, JeJex branding, original protocols, source code, design, and documentation are owned by Davit Jejelava and JeJex Inc, except for identified third-party components governed by their own licenses.
SMS messaging terms
Users who request a verification code agree to receive transactional JeJex SMS messages at the telephone number they provide. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out may prevent completion of actions that require telephone-number verification. See the complete SMS Messaging Terms.
Availability and safety
LAN, P2P, Relay, mesh, push, calls, backup, and location-dependent features may be unavailable because of network, device, operating-system, provider, or regional restrictions. JeJex is not an emergency service.
Suspension and termination
JeJex Inc may restrict accounts that materially violate these terms, threaten users or infrastructure, or must be restricted by law. Users may stop using JeJex and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. JeJex Inc does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every message or call will be delivered.
